TMBR

The client is creating more than another boutique condo in the fashion-forward North Loop. They are choosing to build using mass timber construction, aiming for a lower carbon footprint than any other developer.

We realized that a quick “five minutes” was needed to explain how TMBR was being built and how it was unique, before they could launch into the other advantages of luxury condominium living.

This project is still underway and we are proud to be a part of this project because its smart construction aligns with our own personal idealogy of a greener, more sustainable world.
